A dream that started when he was 12 years old, Andrew knew one day he would own a premium snow cone business. When the opportunity came up in 2017, Andrew and his wife jumped at the opportunity to purchase and rebrand Three Amigos in Pueblo Colorado’s premier shaved ice snow cones.

Most people assume you just crush ice, add in a flavor or two and be done but it is so much more than this. From the way you freeze the ice blocks, to the proprietary syrup mix, to the wonderful creation ideas, Andrew is not your normal shaved ice. With more flavors than anyone can get through in one season, you will find a tasty treat for those hot summer days.

Andrew has a passion for his craft unlike anyone we have seen. Every customer that came through had a smile on their face and Andrew couldn’t wait to deliver up their carefully crafted dessert.

Talking with Andrew he not only has a passion for shaved ice but entrepreneurship as well. Constantly thinking of new business and hopefully expanding into even more tasty treats. Oh, did we mention he has a second food truck? Andrew also owns For Goodness Shakes.
