Imagine for a moment. You wake up and crave coffee. Not just any coffee. You want your coffee to be some of the best you have ever had. You want it to look beautiful. You have seen online people that do the latte art and you want to experience that for yourself. You are also a little hungry and decide some avocado toast or breakfast tacos will go great with your coffee. Well, if you are in Pueblo Colorado, we have the place for you.

Meet, The Sacred Bean. Vicy, the owner has been working towards this moment for years. She previously worked here at a young age, eventually going to other coffee shops where she eventually started The Sacred Bean out of an older VW van that her and her husband retrofit to a coffee bar. Her little shop became an instant hit around Pueblo and people would flock to social media waiting for the dates, times and locations she would pull up their van and serve some of the best coffee around with incredible designs. We actually wrote about them previously here.

Fast forward to today, and Vicy and Daniel have now taken over a brick and mortar location in downtown Pueblo. To say that The Sacred Bean has grown is an understatement. Pretty much go anytime during opening hours and you will be greeted with a line from the counter to the door. But don’t let that scare you away. The line goes quick and the wait is worth it.

Vicy and her staff great you with a smile and offer up some amazing coffee and some of the best breakfast treats around. They even serve brunch with delicious food. The shop has lots of handmade art and jewelry from local artists that are always on rotations so you are bound to find unique gifts for friends and family. The Sacred Bean has become a staple of great atmosphere in the community. At times a police car or two will pull up, an officer will run in and run back out with a couple coffees in hand. It is truly a place for everyone to gather. We actually host several of our client meetings there.
